VueX AI provides AI-supported external company and strategic intelligence based primarily on publicly accessible information. This page explains the limitations of the service and the responsibilities of users.

1. Informational purpose
VueX AI is an AI-supported research and strategic-intelligence service. It analyses publicly accessible company information and generates structured observations, inferences, opportunities, risks, and suggested priorities. All website content and generated outputs are provided for general informational, research, educational, and decision-support purposes. They are not intended to constitute a binding assessment, factual certification, guarantee, or professional recommendation.
2. AI-generated analysis
VueX AI uses automated systems, including third-party artificial-intelligence services, to process public company signals and generate written analysis. AI-generated content may contain factual errors; misunderstand context; rely on outdated or incomplete information; overlook relevant information; produce inconsistent conclusions; infer relationships that have not been independently verified; reflect limitations in public source material; or present plausible statements that are not accurate. Users must independently review and validate important findings before relying on them.
A confident or professionally written output is not evidence that the output is correct.
3. Observed information and strategic inference
VueX AI may combine information directly visible from public sources with strategic inference. Observed information may include published product descriptions, website messaging, visible navigation and content structure, publicly named customer segments, public use cases, public pricing or conversion paths, and publicly accessible resources. Inferred information may include likely ideal customer profiles, likely buyer roles, perceived positioning gaps, potential market opportunities, probable funnel weaknesses, possible strategic risks, and suggested channel priorities. Inferences are interpretations rather than verified internal facts. They should be treated as hypotheses requiring further research and validation.
4. No access to private company information
Unless separately and explicitly stated, VueX AI does not have access to a company’s revenue, profitability, advertising accounts, CRM, customer database, sales pipeline, conversion rates, customer-acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention data, contracts, internal strategy, budgets, operational capacity, employee information, or confidential documents. Any discussion of such topics in a generated output must not be interpreted as verified internal company data. Where internal information is unavailable, VueX AI may identify the data gap, make a limited inference, or recommend further validation.
5. No professional advice

VueX AI may identify possible strategies, experiments, opportunities, risks, channels, audiences, or priorities. No particular result is promised or guaranteed. Business outcomes depend on factors outside the service’s control, including execution quality, budget, market conditions, competition, product quality, pricing, operational capacity, sales performance, customer demand, regulation, timing, and data quality. References to opportunities, recommendations, or potential improvements do not represent a promise of revenue, growth, leads, conversion, market share, investment return, or commercial success.
7. Restricted high-impact use
VueX AI is designed for external company research and strategic decision support. It must not be used as the sole basis for decisions that materially affect the rights, opportunities, or welfare of individual natural persons. This includes decisions concerning employment or recruitment, employee performance, credit or lending, insurance, healthcare, education admissions, housing, legal eligibility, access to essential services, or biometric or emotional assessment. Any high-impact use requires an appropriate lawful basis, qualified human review, reliable data, transparency, and any safeguards required by applicable law.
8. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for reviewing generated outputs, checking important facts, obtaining professional advice where appropriate, assessing whether a proposed use is lawful, ensuring that submitted information may legally be processed, respecting confidentiality, privacy, copyright, trademark, database, and contractual rights, deciding whether and how to act on an analysis, and maintaining appropriate human oversight. Users remain solely responsible for decisions and actions they take based on VueX AI outputs, subject to any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Submitted URLs and content
Users should submit only public company websites or other information they are authorised to process. Users must not intentionally submit passwords, authentication tokens, private account pages, confidential business documents, unlawfully obtained information, personal profiles for individual assessment, special-category personal data, health information, financial account information, government identification documents, trade secrets, or copyrighted material beyond what may lawfully be processed. The user is responsible for ensuring that their submitted input does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
10. Publicly accessible sources
Information being publicly accessible does not necessarily mean that it is accurate, current, complete, free of legal restrictions, or suitable for every form of reuse. Third-party websites may change, remove, restrict, or update information without notice. VueX AI does not control the accuracy, legality, availability, or continued accessibility of third-party source material.
11. References to companies and competitors
VueX AI may identify, compare, or discuss companies, products, categories, markets, and competitors using publicly accessible information. 12. Intellectual-property considerations
Users must ensure that their use of submitted content and generated outputs respects applicable intellectual-property rights. Generated analysis may discuss or reference public third-party content, brands, products, or website information. VueX AI does not grant users ownership of third-party materials or permission to reproduce protected content beyond what applicable law permits. The VueX AI name, original branding, website design, workflow structures, proprietary prompts, report organisation, and original content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
13. External websites and services
VueX AI may link to external websites or rely on third-party services. External websites are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, availability conditions, and content standards. 14. Service availability

15. Generated reports
Generated reports may be accessible through unique links or stored using third-party infrastructure. Users should not assume that a report link is confidential unless access controls are explicitly provided. Users should avoid sharing report links where the report contains information they do not wish to disclose. A report generated at one time may differ from a report generated later for the same company. Past outputs may not reflect later product changes or newly available information.
