MentionX analyses responses generated by third-party AI systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini and other supported platforms.

AI-generated responses are probabilistic and may change over time. Results can differ depending on the model, prompt, timing, available sources and changes made by the relevant AI provider.

MentionX therefore does not guarantee that any analysis, mention, ranking, citation, recommendation or other result will always be complete, accurate or reproducible.

2. Public and Third-Party Information

MentionX may analyse publicly accessible company websites, online sources and information returned or cited by third-party AI systems.

We do not control the accuracy, availability or continued existence of information published by independent third parties.

Information displayed in MentionX may therefore change when the underlying public information or third-party AI systems change.

3. No Guaranteed Business Results

MentionX provides analytics and recommendations intended to help businesses understand and improve their visibility across AI platforms.

We do not guarantee specific:

  • AI rankings or positions
  • brand mentions or recommendations
  • citations
  • website traffic
  • leads or conversions
  • revenue or other commercial outcomes

Results depend on numerous factors outside MentionX’s control, including changes to AI models, algorithms, sources, competitors and user behaviour.

4. Decision Support

MentionX is designed as a business intelligence and decision-support tool.

Users should evaluate important business, marketing, financial or strategic decisions using their own judgement and, where appropriate, additional professional or independent information.

AI-generated recommendations should not be treated as guaranteed predictions of future performance.

5. Third-Party Platforms

MentionX is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Google or other third-party AI platforms unless expressly stated otherwise.

Product names and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
