Three things land in HubSpot after every weekly scan. Nothing else is touched.
Seven properties on the company
Your AI visibility score, mention rate, recommendation rate, share of voice, open Fact Check errors, last scan date and a dashboard link. Use them in lists, reports and workflows.
A note on what moved
One note per scan on the company timeline: the change since last week, the top competitor, and any wrong claims AI engines repeat about you.
A task for each fix
Every new Fact Check error and Action Board item becomes one task for the owner you pick. The same action never becomes a second task.
The seven MentionX properties
Created once in a “MentionX” group on Companies. Values are the ones in your MentionX dashboard; MentionX never estimates a number for HubSpot.

Set it up in four steps
About two minutes. You need a MentionX account with a scanned brand, and a HubSpot user who can install apps (a Super Admin, or a user with App Marketplace access).
Open Integrations in MentionX
Pick your brand, open Integrations, and choose HubSpot under CRM.

Press Connect HubSpot, choose your HubSpot account, review what MentionX asks for, and press Connect app. You come straight back to MentionX.
Pick who gets the tasks
Choose a HubSpot user under Assign tasks to, or leave it on the company owner. Keep Send after every scan on.
Send your latest scan
Press Send latest scan now. Open the company for your domain in HubSpot: the MentionX properties, a note and the tasks are there. If the company didn't exist, MentionX created it.

Ideas that work on day one
- Add the MentionX group to your company record's sidebar so the score is always in view.
- Build a list of companies by AI visibility score, or a report of it over time.
- Start a workflow when Fact Check errors open goes above zero.
- Filter your task queue by “MentionX” to work through fixes each week.
What MentionX never touches
- Deals, tickets, emails or meetings.
- Contacts and their personal data.
- Any company other than your own brand's domain.
- Anything you wrote: MentionX only adds notes and tasks and updates its own seven properties.
Disconnect, uninstall and questions
How do I disconnect?
In MentionX, open Integrations → HubSpot and press Disconnect. Syncing stops at once. To remove the app from HubSpot as well, go to HubSpot Settings → Integrations → Connected apps and uninstall MentionX. Properties, notes and tasks already written stay in HubSpot.
Which HubSpot plans does it work with?
Free HubSpot CRM and every paid plan. MentionX uses seven custom company properties, notes and tasks, which every HubSpot plan includes.
How often does it update?
After every MentionX scan, which runs weekly on every plan. You can also send the latest scan at any time.
